Real estate sites often utilise this approach with a big feature image and a clean layout and this is done nicely with some interesting aerial shots and key points on the homepage. It’s got quite an usually designed hover menu for the other pages that floats over parts of the other navigation buttons but I think it sits well and fits in with the muted but well done design.
